Description

iMUGS2 will further develop and demonstrate modular and open systems architectures that integrate autonomous and swarming capabilities, among others, into both new and legacy military vehicles. The project will perform a series of field tests and a trial with military tactical units, validating operational capabilities and contributing to the development of a multi-domain, EU-wide defence standard for unmanned systems. The outcomes will ensure that armed forces are equipped with autonomous systems that enhance force protection, cross-domain operations, and interoperability across different European geographical locations and climate conditions.
